Disneyland question!! When should i go?

Im planning a trip and want to know when it would be better:
a weekday over spring break

or

a weekend in between easter and memorial day

i heard that you should go in the off season but week days arent that crowded
thanks and i really want to do everything and i only have 2 days for both parks!!
